We Can Provide a Solution That Supports Students, Teachers and Parents.

Today’s school counseling offices are often understaffed-if they’re staffed at all-while students' needs are becoming increasingly complex. Catapult Learning's school counselors can supplement school staff or provide a turnkey solution including learning assessment screenings, individual and group counseling, and consultation on academic, behavioral, social, emotional or life skills issues such as college and vocational guidance.

Our confidential in-school counseling services are specifically designed to provide information and strategies to increase students' school success. Our approach supports and informs the student -- and includes parents and teachers (as appropriate) in a team approach to a solution for impediments to maximizing student potential.

Master's level, state qualified counselors are assigned to a participating school on a regular schedule. With signed parental consent, and as appropriate to funding specifications, the following services may be offered:

  • Individual counseling sessions with referred students
  • Small group counseling for referred students who can work together
  • Consultation with classroom teachers and parents
  • Learning assessment screenings
  • Didactic presentations for teachers and parents on related topics
  • Referral to community resource services
  • Liaison and advocacy with community agencies for referred students
  • Developmental guidance lessons
  • Vocational and college guidance services

For more than thirty years, Catapult Learning has partnered with schools and school districts to improve the academic performance of hundred of thousands of students nationwide.
