Catapult Learning’s EarlyLearners™ Full-Day Program provides a balanced curriculum that is appropriately suited to the developmental needs and interests of preschool children. Our approach to learning involves interactive, hands-on exploration that is not only thoughtful and engaging, but also fun!
Since the preschool years are the most formative in a child’s life, our curriculum focuses on social, emotional, physical, cognitive and language development. We encourage activities and experiences that aid creativity, self-expression and independent thinking. We employ strategies of child-initiated and teacher facilitated activities, leading children through a consistent program schedule, and providing the opportunity for children to carry out their plans and choices.
Early literacy experiences are integral and are implemented throughout the day. Teachers facilitate the development of mathematical and logical thinking skills through hands-on learning experiences.
Our curriculum is designed to be flexible in order to dovetail with that of the school district. Our managers and teaching staff not only possess many years of early childhood experience, but also a deep knowledge of child development and how children learn. Our program model and our curriculum is built upon this experience and understanding, so that an effective and collaborative relationship can be formed between the school district and Catapult Learning.
